INITIAL CONSULTATION

This may involve phone conversations, skype, emails and

face-to-face meetings.

We will discuss what type of ceremony you may like, any ideas to help me create the perfect ceremony for you both.

A ceremony that meets your personal requirements.

Assistance in writing your own vows, suggestions for readings, poems etc.

ASSISTANCE WITH LICENCE APPLICATION

Price will be discussed and also if travel is required – (a travel charge will be included in your quote)

FOLLOW UP MEETINGS

This is to finalise ceremony 

Organise Rehearsal time – I can organise this for you

WHAT TO EXPECT

ON THE DAY OF THE WEDDING

I like to arrive 30 minutes prior to wedding ceremony to check everything is set up and to greet your guests 

​

Calm the nerves of the groom 

​

Do any housekeeping (eg no photos on facebook) etc - this is discussed at the rehearsal 

​

Meet the wedding cars carrying the bridal party 

​

Perform ceremony 

​

Registration of your marriage with The Department of Internal Affairs 

 

I will  give you a copy of your ceremony and any hand written vows 

 

With a standard wedding ceremony involves me meeting with the couple a few times to get to know them, this helps me to gather their ideas and create a ceremony to suit them, I type it up, we tweek it a couple of times and once they are happy with it – we are good to go. I always suggest a rehearsal as this will make everything run smoothly on the day as everyone knows what they are doing.

I can also MC for the day including reception or just at the ceremony.
